Hi. I’m Trenia.
My goal here is simple: to get you ready for love so you can finally meet the man who’s right for you.
How do I do that? By showing you how to date from the inside out. That means filling your own heart’s cup so you can date and interact with men with confidence, instead of fear, lack, desperation, and confusion. When you date from the inside out you feel all warm, sexy, happy and yummy on the inside; getting the man is the icing on the cake.
I teach women practical dating tools, tips and strategies that won’t compromise her authenticity, in addition to what an available man looks like and how men show up when they want to be in a relationship with a woman and what they do when they don’t, from the first date to the walk down the aisle.
I help women get ready for love:
1) through a personalized one-on-one Get Ready for Love VIP Day
2) Dating Triage
3) Love Parties, weekend workshops and retreats.
“Trenia’s Delicious Dating Mastery program changed my life… literally. After being in a dating slump for a few years, I met my husband while I was in her program and things couldn’t be better. Trenia really understands the frustrations and fears of women who are dating over 30 and shows you how to work through it so you can meet the right guy. Working with Trenia is a breath of fresh air, and I recommend it.” -Angela
“It is a pleasurable experience working with Trenia! Before working with Trenia, I kept saying I want to get married, but wasn’t putting the work in to make it happen. Now, in my third month with Trenia, I’ve been out with four different men and I’m in conversation with three more. Trenia has helped me to stay focused on my end goal (marriage), shined light on my dating mistakes, and made me believe that going down the aisle is really attainable. Thank you for your guidance and support on my journey to marital bliss.” -Kyira
“Trenia’s new book The Curvy Girl’s Guide to Dating is the best. She really knows what she’s talking about.” -Irma
